Familiarity breeds contempt, it isn't always true, but to some extent yes, trying not to think of the negative side, The question actually jolted me, how am i going to feel when I leave in approx 1 year's time, will I feel sad that I'm leaving behind people who care, or will I feel like I'm moving on... Despite all the ups and downs i've had here, I've actually to some extent enjoyed my stay here, given a choice, I would't leave, but then life is all about change, and letting go.. But I can truthfully say, If not for the things i've experienced here, I would not be the person I am now. I've learnt to see who I can trust, who truly cares, who truly wants to help, who is out to use people, who is out to stand to gain from others, who is calculative, who is passionate, who will support others from time to time without asking for anything in return, Whether good or bad, these experiences have made me a better person. | ||||
